ARCANDO Merch – Shipping Policy
Customer care and services, incl. store, packaging, shipment and return of Arcando Merch is provided by Selected Labels - Amsterdam (NL).
Please allow 2-3 business days for Selected Labels to ship your order.
After receiving and validating your order, Arcando Merch will forward it to Selected Labels for further handling and shipment. The items that are in stock will be delivered directly.
Should the unexpected occur that, despite the words “in stock”, the product was not available (this might occur in the exceptional case of two equal orders submitted simultaneously), we will contact you immediately. If an item is not deliverable right away, then you will be informed by email about the expected delivery time.
If you made a mistake in your order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and issue right away.
We cannot guarantee that we can change your order, but if you send it within 2 hours of your order, we may be able to change it.
Your order will be packaged with the utmost care and sent to your specified delivery address. The shipment will be handled by PostNL and will be sent by registered mail. You can track your order with a Track and Trace-number that you will receive by email from us.
Most packages will need a signature at delivery. If you are not at home by delivery of your package, your package will be delivered again the next working day. Most couriers will try to deliver your package twice. If you’re not at home with the 2nd delivery, you will receive a warning with the address of a storage where you can pick it up, If the package is not picked it up within the prescribed period, eventually will be sent back to sender. In this case you need the contact Selected Labels yourself to arrange a new delivery or refund. Shipping refunds are not accepted. Please send an email to email@example.com if you encounter this issue.
Please note that we are not responsible for shipping mishaps caused by couriers. However, if you have an issue, please email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can file a ticket with the courier and try to find your package for you.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Countries that don’t belong to the EU become liable to Customs and Excise Duty as well as Value Added Tax (VAT) payments. International shipping costs and delivery times are different depending on where you are located. PostNL applies different shipping costs and delivery times for each country. Nominal International delivery time per country is provided here. Please email email@example.com with your order number for specific details on when your order will be delivered.
