           ARCANDO Merch – Return Policy

 

Customer care and services, incl. packaging, shipment and return of Arcando Merch is provided by Selected Labels - Amsterdam (NL) 

 

RETURNS

Our policy allows a return within max 14 days from the date you have received your order. After this deadline, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same conditions you have received it and returned to us in the original packaging.

Eligibility for refund or exchange includes:

  • obvious defect in manufacturing and/or material,

  • item not corresponding to order (e.g. wrong size or color),

  • damaged product, incl. damages due to handling or transportation.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the following Return Form, that you must fill according to instructions and include it into the package.

There are certain situations where no or only partial refund is granted (if applicable)

  1. Items with obvious signs of use

  2. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  3. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will not be refunded; you will be refunded only the cost of the item you had purchased.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at cris@selectedlabelsandmore.com

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are on a case by case basis. If you want an exchange, please email  cris@selectedlabelsandmore.com  -

If you qualify for an exchange to a different size, then you have 2 options:

  • Refund your order, 

  • Place a new order for the item you prefer

 

RETURN SHIPPING

To return your item(s), you should send it to the following address (using the label provided in the Return Form):

You will be responsible for paying  your own shipping costs for returning the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over € 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
